Requirements or Eligibility
- Senior High School (SMU) or equivalent (Graduates of 2022, 2023, 2024).
- A-Level qualification, IB qualification, or equal with Indonesian High School qualification.
- English language proficiency (If any), as indicated by TOEFL score of at least 500 (ITP) or 5 (IELTS) or 59-60 (IBT).
Admission Procedure
A. Indonesian Student
- Sign up for an application account at um.ugm.ac.id.
- Complete the online application form and upload the following documents (minimum 150 kb and maximum 200 kb):

- Pay non-refundable application fee via Multi-Payment System of Bank Mandiri, BNI, BRI, BSM, or BTN as described here.
- Print application form, if applicant can not print the application form or their online application fail, they may contact the officer at 0274-6492116/6491923 or email their payment receipt and all of the required documents to umugm@ugm.ac.id.
- Admission Card should be printed three (3) days before admission test date.
B. Foreign Student
- Create an account at https://admission.ugm.ac.id/registration/

Required document
- Academic reports (year 10 – 12 (first semester only for year 12)
- Academic high school certificate/ diploma for graduates of 2022 and 2023
- Curriculum vitae
- Statement of financial support
- Recommendation letter from the headmaster of applicant’s school
- Motivation letter
- Copy of passport (showing applicant’s data) for Foreign Students
- Photographs (upload the photograph on the application account)
Tuition Fee
The IUP-ASI students are required to pay the tuition fee per semester. The tuition fee is summarized as follow:
Indonesian Student
tuition fee: IDR 20,000,000
Institution Development Fee (Iuran Pengembangan Institusi/IPI): IDR 30,000,000
Non-Indonesian student
tuition fee: IDR 30,000,000
Institution Development Fee (Iuran Pengembangan Institusi/IPI): IDR 30,000,000
Those tuition fee do not cover the Exposure Program fee.
